Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and the business named at the bottom of this page ("we"). By creating an account or using Toifel, you accept them. If you use Toifel for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

The service

Toifel shortens links, redirects visitors to the destination you choose, and shows you click analytics. Paid plans add features such as custom aliases, link expiry, the API, exports, bulk import and QR styling. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page.

Your account

You must give a real email address and keep your password and API keys safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account and workspaces, including by team members you invite.

Acceptable use

You must not use Toifel to link to or spread:

• phishing, malware, scams or anything that impersonates another person or business;
• spam, including unsolicited bulk messages;
• content that is illegal in India or infringes anyone else’s rights;
• anything that hides where a link really goes in order to deceive people.

Abuse

We check link destinations automatically and act on reports. We may disable a link, suspend a workspace or close an account that breaks these terms, without notice where needed to protect visitors. Anyone can report a link on the report page.

Plans and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees, plus 18% GST. We issue a GST tax invoice for every payment.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year through Razorpay until you cancel.
• Upgrades start straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, the workspace moves to the Free plan once Razorpay stops retrying.
• Refunds are covered by our refunds and cancellation policy.

Limits

Each plan has monthly limits on new links and tracked clicks. Links you have already created keep redirecting even when you go over a limit or move to a lower plan. Clicks over the limit are counted but not broken down. We may rate-limit traffic that threatens the service.

Your content

Your links, tags and logos stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service. You can export and delete them as described in the privacy policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep links redirecting, but Toifel is provided "as is", without a guaranteed uptime. We may change or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you pay for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you break them, or with 30 days’ notice for any other reason, refunding any unused paid period in that case.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts with jurisdiction over our registered address handle any dispute. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
