Fare rules
- Over the click limit
- Links keep redirecting and every click is counted. Clicks past the limit aren't broken down by country, device or referrer, and your workspace settings show how many.
- Over the new-links limit
- New links can't be created until next month's allowance starts. Links you already made keep working.
- Changing plans
- Upgrades start straight away. Downgrades start at the end of the period you've paid for.
- Cancelling
- The workspace moves to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Links you already made keep working.
- Click history
- Daily click breakdowns are kept for as long as your plan allows. Each link's total click count stays.
Before you sign up
- Can I use my own domain?
- Not yet. Every link lives on tofe.foo.
- Can I use these links in SMS?
- Not in Indian business SMS. DLT rules need links that are registered in advance and show the sender. They work in WhatsApp, Instagram, email and print.
- Do you give GST invoices?
- Yes. Every payment gets a GST tax invoice, with CGST and SGST or IGST, emailed to you and ready to download from billing. Add your GSTIN in billing to claim input tax credit. A refund comes with a credit note.
- Can my team share a workspace?
- Yes. Invite teammates by email as admins or members, up to your plan's seats. You can hand the workspace to another owner, and one login can switch between several workspaces.
- What if I delete something by mistake?
- Deleting a link shows an Undo button. A deleted workspace can be restored from settings for 30 days.
- Is my account secure?
- You can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, or sign in with a passkey.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Paid plans export your links and daily click counts as CSV files. On any plan you can delete your workspace or account yourself.
